Loose weight sleeping
Many people find that they’ll eat irrationally when sleep deprived, and of course if you’re asleep in bed you won’t be eating. But it goes further than that.Even a small lack of sleep can cause inbalances in body chemistry. The levels of key hormones controlling hunger impulses, ghrelin and leptin, will be negatively affected, and can make you hungry when in fact your stomach and body have no need for food energy. This inbalance can also cause you to overindulge, not realising when you should stop eating.
Carbohydrates are required by the body to give us energy, but if we are lacking in sleep our metabolic processes do not function correctly. As such it will not be properly used, instead being converted to fat and held in reserve – around your body.
